"Just Take Care, Spike Your Hair (The Broski of the Week Song)" is the first single from the acoustic band The Luke & Duane Show. The song is used as the theme song for WWE wrestler Zack Ryder's show Z! True Long Island Story on the WWE's YouTube channel. The song was initially released online in May 2011 following its use on Z! True Long Island Story, it was re-recorded and re-released in January 2012〔Raj Giri, ("Royal Rumble By The Numbers, Zack Ryder Note, Rumble Tumbler" ), ''WrestlingINC'', Jan 25 2012〕 after the duo signed a deal with WWE to allow the song to feature in future programming.〔James Caldwell, ("WWE cuts deal with Zack Ryder band " ), ''PWTorch'', Jan 14 2012〕 A physical copy of the single was made available to purchase on Amazon.

The title of the song is taken from Zack Ryder's closing catchphrase on his show each week; "Take Care, Spike Your Hair". There are several other references to Zack Ryder in the song, such as "Are you serious, bro?", "Woo woo woo, you know it" amongst others.
